Seller's Market is Just Around the Corner!

New Office
We
are well on our way to a seller's market. At the
time of this report, the Aspen area listing volume
totals $3.3 billion and I predict the sold volume
for this year will be close to the year 2000 or
$1.2 billion (the biggest year in my 34 years of
selling real estate in Aspen).Theoretically, these
numbers indicate that we will sell off the listing
inventory in less than three years. Traditionally,
when we hit 2 & ½ years of inventory
the market changes to a seller's market.
